Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood educator ready to lead and inspire? At Neutral Bay Kindergarten, we’ve proudly supported our local community for over four decades, and now we’re looking for a dedicated Room Leader to join our warm, family-run centre.

About the Role
As our Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping a nurturing and inspiring environment where children thrive through play-based learning.

In this role, you will:

Create and maintain a welcoming, engaging learning space

Guide and support a team of educators

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Champion the EYLF and NQF through thoughtful planning and reflective practice

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and compassionate leader who brings:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Proven experience in a Room Leader role

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQF

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A genuine passion for early learning and child development

Great organisational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
