We’re currently seeking a loving, experienced Room Leader to join our beautiful 36-place early learning centre in Gladesville. At Little & Loved Early Learning Centre, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, nurturing environment where children—and educators—feel truly valued.

This full-time position is ideal for someone who leads with heart, brings positive energy to their team, and is committed to providing high-quality, play-based learning experiences for children.

You’ll be supported by both our Centre Director and hands-on Owner, who are onsite daily and dedicated to your growth and wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the day-to-day operations of your room with a focus on love, safety, and child-led learning

Plan and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach

Support and mentor a small team of educators, fostering collaboration and professional growth

Build meaningful, respectful relationships with children and their families

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) through accurate documentation and reflective practice

Work closely with the leadership team to continuously improve the quality of care and education

What We’re Looking For:

A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator is highly valued

A warm, caring, and inclusive approach to working with children

Strong leadership and communication skills

Familiarity with OWNA software is a bonus

A solid understanding of child development and early learning pedagogy

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training

A valid Working with Children Check (NSW)
