You'll bring calm, clarity and structure to daily operations while ensuring high-quality care and compliance.

Lead daily operations across clinical, lifestyle, hospitality, and compliance functions

Provide strong leadership and support to staff across departments

Maintain compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

Manage budgets, staffing, and operational outcomes

Build relationships with residents, families, and external partners

Identify opportunities for service improvement and team engagement

You

Proven experience in residential aged care leadership

Calm, hands-on, and confident leading in periods of transition

Clinical background (RN) or strong operational aged care knowledge

Able to step in quickly and provide immediate structure and support

Passionate about high-quality care and a collaborative leadership style
