We're seeking a Clinical Care Manager for their facility in Toowoomba, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered nurse with leadership experience to step into a role where you’ll feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a real difference.

The Role As Clinical Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Facility Manager and a team of passionate professionals to oversee the delivery of person-centred clinical care. Your leadership will ensure compliance, quality outcomes, and a supportive culture for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Manage AN-ACC assessments, care planning, and case conferencing
• Drive continuous improvement and clinical governance standards
• Collaborate with families, allied health providers, and medical professionals
• Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with legislative standards
• Respond to clinical incidents, complaints, and risk reviews

Ideal Profile:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience managing care in aged care or acute environments
• Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Postgraduate qualifications in aged care (highly regarded)
• Proven leadership and people management abilities
• Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation and compliance requirements
