Facility Manager - Aged Care - Brisbane

Here at Project Recruit Health we are recruiting for an experienced Facility Manager for very well staffed and well run Aged Care Facility in Brisbane.

This position would suit somone who has at least 2 years experience as an Aged Care Facilility Manager with very good leadership skills.

** RN not essential as long as the Manager has a significant background in Aged Care **

Overview:

Large premium Aged Care facility

Fully compliant home

Salary $135 - $150k + super

Relocation assistance can be discussed for those relocating from interstate (NZ applicants not considered)

Very strong leadership team

Low turnover of staff

Requirements:

AHPRA Registered Nurse is favourable but not essential.

Commissioning experience would be highly desirable.

A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience.

Solid understanding of the Aged Care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.

Commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference to the lives of the residents.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
