ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be on assignment by us to provide nursing care to Aged Care residents in Registered Aged Care Facilities where you provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including but not limited to medication management, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff, promoting dignity, respect, and autonomy for all individuals.

Leads and supports the clinical and personal care and if required activity of staff on each shift to consistently deliver safe, quality consumer-centred care.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Current AHPRA Nursing Registration

Minimum 2 year aged care experience (preferred)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and professionally

National Police Check

Valid working rights in Australia

NDIS card

Morning availability is essential
