We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager for a leading aged care provider located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. You will lead a dedicated team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

$120-$130k + super

Relocation assistance can be discussed

Full Time, permanent role

Working closely with a Clinical Nurse

Reports to an experienced Facility Manager who is also clinical

Requirements

AHPRA Registered Nurse

Extensive experience as a CN or 1-2 years as a CM in Aged Care required

Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, risk management, and clinical governance.

Commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting the dignity and independence of older adults.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
