The Opportunity

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their team on a major project valued $80M to $130M in the Greater Brisbane Area. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a landmark build and work within a business that values collaboration, safety, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support the delivery of site inductions and toolbox talks.
• Implement and monitor safe work procedures and practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant WHS legislation and internal policies.
• Promote a positive safety culture on-site.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HSE Advisor or similar role within the commercial construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience on large-scale, high-value commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE systems, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (minimum requirement).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.
