I am currently working with a reputable Tier 2 construction company on the Gold Coast that is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their team.

The Role

• Lead incident management and support thorough investigations
• Play a key role in guiding and supporting subcontractors, helping to embed a strong safety culture on-site while maintaining long-term partnerships
• Conduct regular internal site audits to ensure ongoing compliance
• Run toolbox talks and deliver safety training sessions to workers and subcontractors
• Complete proactive site walks and inspections to identify and address risks
• Establish and update detailed risk registers across both current and future projects

About You

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HSE role within commercial construction
• Certificate IV in WHS/OHS
• Previous experience on high-rise residential projects and with Tier 2 construction companies
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety
