We’re looking for experienced WHS Advisors to join our team on major civil infrastructure projects across Australia. This is a fixed-term FIFO role on a 2:1 roster – an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a company that prioritizes safety and innovation.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with our General Manager for WHS, Risk & ESG, you will be instrumental in maintaining and improving workplace health and safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and project safety management plans
• Providing expert safety guidance to site teams and driving best practices
• Supporting risk management processes and collaborating on customer safety initiatives
• Leading investigations and identifying opportunities to enhance safety culture
• Encouraging a proactive safety mindset across all levels of the business

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong commitment to safety – You take safety seriously and promote a culture of care and accountability
• Proven WHS Experience – Previous WHS roles within Mining, Construction, or Heavy Industries
• Relevant Qualifications – Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum)
• Technical Expertise – Confident in delivering training, toolbox talks, and holistic compliance advice
