We are currently recruiting for a passionate and skilled Manager, with extensive experience and proven capability in the delivery of disability services to fill a Part-time (.8) or Full-time position with work from home / flexible ways of working options.
Reporting to the Director Services, Growth and Impact, the Manager NDIS is responsible for a range of activities including enabling efficient and sustainable growth and balancing the needs of daily operations, to ensure timely and high-quality supports for our consumers across our South-East locations.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Group, the Manager NDIS will collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to enhance the consumer experience, whilst contributing to and implementing program goals to ensure that the Community Services plans strengthen all life areas of individuals, children and families within Windermere’s NDIS services.
Possessing extensive people management experience, the Manager NDIS will oversee a dynamic team and further build internal capability and growth opportunities through staff management, compliance and audits, administration and business processes.
With tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Social Work, Community Services or similar discipline you will have prior experience and knowledge of the NDIS-Philosophy in order to drive and enhance our current consumer offerings.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Social Sciences, Welfare. Community Health or Allied Health or similar discipline with a post graduate qualification in Management, Change Management, Human Resources or similar or willingness to undertake same
- Previous experience of no less than 6 years in leading, motivating and supervising staff to work as a team and the ability to manage and resolve conflict and other sensitive matters
- Knowledge of NDIS regulations and quality standards
- Demonstrated a high level of computer proficiency and quick adoption of new technologies, including devices which allow for mobility and working remotely.
- Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
- Current Victorian Drivers’ Licence
- Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checks - including NDIS worker screening check, Police Check, Pre-Employment Medical and Working with Children's check
- Right to Work in Australia e.g. Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Visa holder with full working rights
