Our client is a prestigious luxury house specialising in ultra-high-value timepieces crafted for a discerning global clientele. With an exclusive and selectively distributed product line, the business continues to strengthen its presence across key luxury markets. Open to all high-end industry background candidates with a genuine interest in ultra-high watchmaking (e.g. high-end property, high-end automotive, high-end lifestyle, luxury retail ...).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with new high-potential clients through strategic networking, referrals, and luxury lifestyle events.
  • Develop and execute personalised outreach strategies to expand the boutique’s private client base and drive incremental sales growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s heritage, technical product knowledge, and value proposition to confidently present and position timepieces at the highest level.
  • Deliver exceptional end-to-end client experiences, from first contact through to after-sales service, ensuring strong retention and long-term loyalty.
  • Actively contribute to boutique performance by exceeding individual sales targets and participating in team-based initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate leads, attend private appointments and activations, and identify clienteling opportunities.
  • Build a network of external relationships (e.g. stylists, concierges, real estate agents, automotive consultants, etc.) to attract qualified UHNW prospects.
  • Maintain accurate client records and report activity through internal systems, ensuring data integrity and a tailored client approach.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and luxury consumer behaviours to inform strategy and adapt outreach efforts.
