On behalf of a top performing real estate agency we are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused sales admin and marketing/pm support candidate. This role also includes some front desk duties — you will also provide essential support to our Sales and Property Management teams, assisting with administrative tasks, documentation, and sending properties live and preparing appraisal packs.

Key Responsibilities:
· Greet clients and manage front desk reception duties with professionalism and warmth.
· Answer and direct calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
· Assist Sales and PM teams with lease agreements, listings, contracts, preparing appraisals and preparing listings to launch, helping with compliance checks etc with the use of real estate platforms such as RealTime Agent, Before You Bid, ActivePipe, CampaignAgent, and Brand Central.
· Manage office supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, and general office upkeep, managing invoices and leasing with our accounts team.

Key Skills & Requirements:
· Previous experience in a sales & marketing or admin support role in real estate.
· Familiarity with Australian real estate platforms (Vault, Agentbox, PME, etc.) is essential.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
· Friendly, professional demeanour and a team-oriented attitude.

Desirable Qualifications:
· Experience supporting both sales and property management teams.
· Knowledge of real estate compliance processes and lease documentation
