The objective of this role is to take ownership and control of all non-technical tasks and communication so that the employer/head credit adviser can focus on managing referrers and generating new business. Proactive suggestions of ways to improve the business processes are extremely important. General / digital marketing experience is extremely beneficial.
Preference is for candidates to have industry experience of at least 2-3 years with a foundational knowledge of the typical processes involved with home loans and credit advisory.
Inbox
- A top priority of this role is to manage the employer’s inbox, allocate tasks as required to technical staff (new and existing clients), let the employer know when his attention is required, and communicate with clients as required
Referrers
- Help manage referrer lists
- Contact details
- Categorizing
- Referrer marketing schedule
- Help identify new associated referrers for each application
- Help build process
- Help develop plan / templates around contacting referrers
- Help new referrer meetings
- Help plan and organize referrer benefits / catch ups
- Lunches, events, gifts, competitions
Clients
- Help with settlement gifts, birthday gifts, any other client benefits for our larger clients
- Help generate referrals through conducting a post settlement follow up call 3 months after settlement, feedback, NPS
Marketing
- Help manage LinkedIn posts (Employer to write)
- InMail potential new clients and referrers if time permits
- Help execute marketing ideas
- Help organize a testimonial video
- Assist with monthly mail out
CRM
- Ensure new leads are input (Employer will help)
- Help with team KPIs and setting up agendas for fortnightly/monthly meetings
- Help with automation processes out of CRM for:
- Automated emails
- Automated SMSs
- Post settlement follow up, etc.
