What you'll be doing:

Managing service jobs and coordinating with clients, site teams, and field staff

Preparing and managing compliance documentation and service reports

Supporting the service team with general admin and project coordination

What we're looking for:

Experience in service coordination, job scheduling, or administration

Industry knowledge in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical (highly regarded but not essential)

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Proactive, team-player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
