Role and Responsibilities:
Title: Senior Architectural Drafter (ArchiCAD)
Location: Central Brisbane, QLD
Reporting to: Drafting Manager
Responsibilities:

• Creating working drawings for residential projects.
• Acting as the expert in site issue checks and resolving site-related challenges efficiently.
• Liaising with local shires and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and standards.
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Taking on significant technical responsibility and demonstrating strong leadership within the drafting team.

Required Experience:

• Previous experience working directly for a homebuilder (ideally some volume & custom experience).
• Previous experience in residential building drafting.
• A deep understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Expert proficiency in ArchiCAD software.
• A consistent CV and proven track record in similar senior roles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
