The Opportunity:
We're seeking a dynamic, personable, and experienced Senior Customer Support Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This vital role is at the heart of our operations, significantly impacting client satisfaction, team productivity, and overall business efficiency.
With your proactive attitude and dedication to outstanding customer service, you'll be the central point of contact for our valued clients and plumbing technicians, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, building positive relationships with clients.
Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and prioritisation of plumbing jobs to optimise productivity.
Provide clear, supportive communication with our plumbing technicians to streamline their workflow.
Follow up proactively on outstanding jobs and invoices.
Assist with general administrative duties including record-keeping, filing, and organising toolbox meetings.
Address and resolve operational disruptions swiftly and effectively.
Your Skills and Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced trade or service environment.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Demonstrated ability to work independently, decisively, and proactively.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
