About the Company

Our client is a leading Investment builder with a strong presence in both the QLD and NSW house and land market. They are focused on delivering cost effective quality construction to the investor market and are a distinct leader in their field.

About the Position

The business feels it is optimal time to bring all drafting in house. They are looking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Residential Draftsperson to set up the REVIT templates and develop their drafting inhouse systems. Responsibilities will include:

Developing REVIT templates and creating masters

Documentation of all master plan files

Producing working drawings in REVIT

Training of other Drafters

Creating documentation and checking of plans

Training new team members in Revit

Skills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

Minimum 5 years residential drafting experience

High degree of proficiency in Revit software

Relevant qualifications

A can-do attitude

Ability to work autonomously
