About the Position:

An exciting new opportunity exists for a passionate Senior Residential Draftsperson to join the Design and drafting team!

Responsibilities will include:

Producing working drawings in ArchiCAD

Preparation of contract plans for standard designs and home options

Assisting with workflow for offshore drafting team

Producing custom plans when required

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

Minimum 5 years residential drafting experience

Proficiency in ArchiCAD

Relevant building design or drafting qualifications

Good construction knowledge and knowledge of Australian standards

Team player with great interpersonal skills.
