You will be assisting our chiropractors in educating, supporting and empowering patients, working diligently with children and families from all walks of life. Your role will include:

welcoming patients by name as they arrive and facilitating a truly remarkable experience for all visitors

coordinating a very busy and high-volume appointment book for 4 chiropractors

supporting higher needs children and families

answering and making phone calls

multitasking, prioritising and managing the needs of our patients and chiropractors

handling money & payments, discussing finance options with patients

you will be trained to engage 1-on-1 with patients, perform structural assessments and progress reports

open to working with scripts to facilitate consistency and competence

This role is suitable to those whose availability is broad and flexible. With two of our wonderful assistants going on maternity leave, this role will offer 20-33 hours per week through maternity cover for approximately 6-9 months. With ongoing employment, this will likely adjust to approximately 10-15 hours per week with regular opportunity for more through supporting the team in sick and holiday leave. You absolutely must be available for earlier than usual starts and later than usual finishes. Our typical opening hours are 6:45 - 11:00 am and 1:45 - 7:00 pm to accommodate our patient's schedules and needs. If these shift times do not suit you, please do not apply.

No specific prerequisites are required, as full training is provided. We are most interested in hiring GREAT PEOPLE and then training them to become exceptional Chiropractic Assistants. If the above information resonates with you, we want to hear from you!
