We are growing and seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist with a passion for social media and skin health to support our team and play a key role in how we connect with patients, both in person and online.

About the Role

This hybrid role combines front-of-house clinic coordination with creative content support for our digital platforms. You’ll be the friendly face of the clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly while also helping us share our story and educate our community through engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Reception / Clinic Admin:

Welcome and check in patients for skin checks, laser sessions, and cosmetic appointments

Answer phone and email enquiries in a professional and compassionate manner

Manage the appointment diary and coordinate daily clinic flow

Assist with payments, billing, and end-of-day reconciliation

Liaise with clinical staff and maintain smooth communication

Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organised and patient-ready

Social Media & Content Creation:

Assist with planning, creating, and posting content on Instagram and Facebook

Capture and edit short videos or photos during clinic downtime (e.g. treatment room setups, product highlights, behind-the-scenes)

Collaborate with the doctors to translate educational skin content into patient-friendly posts

Monitor social media activity and share feedback or trends

Support small campaigns, blog writing or event promotions when needed
