POSITION ON OFFER IS A 2-IN-1 POSITION:

Front desk Chiropractic Assistant.

Nerve function scan technician.

Health Professionals Support Services Award Level 4 - casual.

Paid on-the-job training. Training hours may vary somewhat from normal shift hours. Additional training hours may be required/offered.

14.5hrs p/w with the possibility of more hours when other team members are away.

Shifts will be:

Mondays 7:30am-6pm (1hr lunch) Tuesdays 1:00pm - 6:00pm

Our Regular office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. NO weekend work.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Day-to-day running of the practice.

Following structured practice procedures and systems.

Performing Nerve Function scans.

Patient management - Booking appointments; phone calls; processing payments (HICAPS; EFTPOS; EPC; DVA; money handling).

Complete all required tasks with a high level of accuracy and effectiveness.

General Housekeeping/cleaning.
