KEY POINTS

Position is 24-28 hours (Wednesday mornings, Thursday all day, Friday all day and every second Saturday morning) - Shifts to be discussed at acceptance.

Someone flexible to cover sick days is preferred.

Must be available early mornings and afternoon/evenings. Days will be split into 2 shifts i.e 7am - 11:30pm break for lunch and then 1:30pm - 7pm (latest). 1 hour break during full days.

Ability to connect to people from all walks of life and of all ages.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Practitioner Support - You are the right hand of our chiropractor. You will communicate with patients on advice from the chiropractor,

Confidently communicate with patients about finances, future Chiropractic care, gather information during patients initial consult and assist with clinical examinations and reports.

Assisting the practitioner with setting up postural x-rays. You will support practitioner reporting, the admin of care recommendations, implementation of office policies and patient education.

Maintaining office presentation and willingness to help create positive energy within our space.

Promotion of products and our services

Managing the digital appointment book and corresponding with clients face to face, over the phone and via email.

Ensuring the presentation of the practice is impeccable, preparing the waiting room and adjusting rooms prior to clients arriving.

Digital filing and organising of client records.

Working alongside busy chiropractors and fulfilling a number of chiropractic-specific roles.

Providing education and support to customers around chiropractic care.

Post educational and promotional material on social media (Instagram and Facebook)

Extensive training and support will be provided. You are not expected to have experience in the role, however, a background working in similar environments is advantageous.
