We’re now looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to be the welcoming face at our front desk – someone who brings energy, positivity, and organisation to our day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This is more than a reception job. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the client experience – from first impressions to ongoing care. You’ll be responsible for a range of front-of-house duties that keep our practice running smoothly.

We’re seeking someone who is:

Warm, friendly, and enthusiastic – someone who naturally puts people at ease

Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage tasks without missing a beat

Excellent with communication – both verbal and written

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Willing to learn and grow with the team

Bonus if you have:

Previous experience in reception, health care, or customer service

Familiarity with scheduling software or clinic management tools

An interest in health, wellness, or chiropractic careAvailable as Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible hours for the right person)
