We seek an experienced and highly professional venue manager to join our company leading one of our successful venues. Gastev Group Collective operates multiple large scale suburban venues south of the river including Chase Bar & Bistro | Whistling Kite | Port Kennedy Tavern | Whitelakes Brewing.

Successful candidates must be able to show the following:

Previous venue manager experience of high volume hospitality environments

Solid knowledge of food, beverage and retail operations

The ability to inspire a team of professionals to deliver outstanding sales results

High level of financial and business acumen

Strong planning & organizational skills

Creativity & flair

Passion for delivering an 'experience' to the customer

Ability to work within Australia without sponsorship agreements
