Junior Office Administrator – Reputable Law Firm/ Great Culture
Our client is a highly regarded law firm known for their professional and supportive workplace culture. They seek to appoint a Junior Office Administrator to join their collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to build a long-term career in the professional services sector. You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office through a range of administrative and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will be varied and fast-paced, offering exposure to a broad range of administrative functions, including:
Ordering and distributing stationery and office supplies
Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
Audio typing and basic document preparation
Internal rounds duties, including visits to the GPO, courts, and other statutory authorities
Local deliveries and document drop-offs as required
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the office kitchen, including unpacking/packing dishwashers
Ordering and restocking kitchen and staff amenities
Assisting with the setup and coordination of client functions and internal events
Providing relief reception cover, including greeting clients and answering phones
Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks as directed
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to contribute to the team’s success. Ideally, you will have at least 6 months’ experience in an office environment. However, candidates with a background in retail or hospitality—particularly those who have worked in customer-facing roles—are encouraged to apply.
Additionally, you will bring the following:
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word
Accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive and professional approach to your work
The ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
A strong team ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
