With 74 years of heritage, we create premium textiles used across schoolwear, uniforms, corporate apparel, defence, activewear, and more. As we enter an exciting new chapter of innovation, sustainability, and growth, we’re looking for a skilled Administration Officer to join our team.

🧠 Who We’re Looking For:

We’re after a confident, organised, and experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You’ll be the go-to person for order management, uniform sales support, customer communication, and operations coordination — playing a vital role in the daily heartbeat of our business.

✅ Your Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar admin, operations, or customer service role

Proficient in Xero accounting software

Confident with Excel – able to manage spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting

Experienced with uniform or garment sales, including order form creation and tracking

Comfortable working with outsourced embroidery and embellishment providers

Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and order accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passionate about customer satisfaction and quality

Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems on the fly

Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
