Administration and Compliance Officer
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm)
SCHADS Classification and Pay point: Level 3 Pay point 1
Location: Murray Bridge, South Australia
The Administration and Compliance Officer is the first point of contact at Alchemy Services, providing professional and friendly reception services while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the agency. This role combines reception duties with responsibility for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in key agency areas, ensuring supplies are stocked, and supporting team and client needs. In addition to core admin tasks, the Administration and Compliance Officer plays a key role in supporting HR functions, helping maintain staff compliance records, assisting with onboarding documentation, and ensuring employee files and registers are kept up to date. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, discretion, and an understanding of confidentiality and record-keeping practices within the disability and community services sector.

Selection Criteria
Essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and ability to multitask
Friendly, helpful and calm under pressure
Eye for detail
Awareness of WHS Standards and Confidentiality
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and phone/email systems
Desirable
Experience in Disability Services, Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
Experience in Human Resources support and administration
Familiarity with NDIS Practice Standards and audit processes
Qualifications relevant to the role
Other Requirements
Current Driver’s Licence
National Police Clearance
DHS Screening: Working with Children Check / Vulnerable Persons
Child Safe Environments Certification (e.g., Through Their Eyes) or equivalent
Current First Aid & CPR Certification
