We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:

Plan and prepare a variety of Indian dishes, including tandoori, and biryanis.

Design and update menus, considering customer preferences, seasonal produce, and food cost control.

Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and flavour consistency.

Supervise kitchen operations and lead a team of cooks and kitchen assistants.

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Manage inventory, procure supplies, and oversee food storage and preservation.

Train and mentor kitchen staff in Indian culinary techniques.

Collaborate with the management team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Chef in an Indian cuisine environment.

Strong understanding of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and regional flavours.

Proven leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced kitchen.

Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
