CHEF DE PARTIE/COMMIS CHEFS (full time) & BREAKFAST COOK (part-time or casual)
Three great roles to be filled in a new Kitchen Brigade led by a highly experienced international & locally based Head Chef. These roles are an excellent opportunity to work in a very busy operation servicing a bistro, cafe and large function rooms - lots of variety in the style and creativity generated in this fast paced environment.
Must be great team players, strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate being very capable in meeting the demands of this busy Club and member-focussed operation.
We need Chefs who are fully qualified and minimum 2 years experience in a similar kitchen environment.
