EXPERIENCED PHARMACY ASSISTANT WANTED - 15 to 30 HOURS PER WEEK

Windale Pharmacy is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Windale, NSW 2306. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility and work-life balance. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

What you will be doing

Providing friendly and helpful customer service to patients, answering questions, and addressing their needs

Support pharmacy operations, including cash handling, special ordering, and following procedures

Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

Ensuring the pharmacy is clean, organized and well-stocked

Assist with catalogue and storewide health or product promotions

Collaborating with the pharmacy team to provide a seamless and efficient patient experience

What we are looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to customer service

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Proficiency in using pharmacy-related software and computer systems

A team-player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members

Relevant experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred

A Certificate II in Pharmacy Support or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
