About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full time Pharmacy Assistant to join our vibrant team at our Bondi Beach pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the effective delivery of pharmacy services. This is a full-time position, located at our Bondi Beach pharmacy.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medications

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to patients

Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control

Completing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Adhering to all relevant pharmacy regulations and standards

Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the pharmacy

Ordering stock

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role within a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Commitment to providing high-quality customer service

Attention to detail and accuracy in your work

Enthusiasm for working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Willing to learn to dispense and manage the pharmacy
