What you'll need (Qualifications and Skills):

Customer service superstar: You're friendly, approachable, and have a knack for making people feel valued.

Experience is a plus: Prior experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar customer service role is highly valued, but we're also open to training enthusiastic individuals.

Bonus points: Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy or equivalent is a huge advantage! Rehabilitation Equipment knowledge is also a plus.

Multitasking master: You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting without missing a beat.

Organized and detail-oriented: You're meticulous and always ensure accuracy.

Product knowledge: Basic understanding of medications and pharmaceutical products is a must.

Tech-savvy: You're proficient using computer systems and pharmacy software.
