About the Role
As an integral part of our dispensary and front-of-shop team, your main responsibility is to ensure every customer leaves feeling informed, supported, and cared for. Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service and advice

Supporting customers with product recommendations and health queries

Dispensary support, including processing prescriptions and script management

Webster packing and ensuring medication accuracy

Managing stock levels, shelf presentation, and promotional setups

Contributing to a smooth workflow and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance

Availability to work a minimum of one weekend per month

About You
We are looking for a capable and experienced pharmacy professional who brings both a customer-first mindset and a strong attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience (essential)

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence with pharmacy products and a good understanding of the dispensary process

Strong teamwork ethic and ability to multitask

A willingness to continue learning and growing with our business

S2 & S3 training or Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy (highly regarded)
