In this customer-facing role, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring our valued customers receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with pharmacists and other team members in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong communication skills are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases

Providing knowledgeable advice on over-the-counter medications and health products

Maintaining stock levels, merchandising, and ensuring a tidy store presentation

Operating point-of-sale systems efficiently

Supporting the dispensary team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience is essential – previous experience in a similar role within a pharmacy setting

Preferably, prior experience working in a Terry White Chemmart store

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a busy environment

A team player with a positive attitude
