We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Become part of an exciting, fast-paced environment where you'll craft a diverse array of authentic and flavourful Indian dishes.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.

Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience working as a Chef.

· Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

· In-depth knowledge of food preparation, produce, and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision ensuring top-quality taste, presentation, and consistency.

· Ensure meals are cooked to order, with precise timing to guarantee freshness and optimal serving temperature.

· Uphold the restaurant’s quality standards for flavour, texture, and visual appeal in every dish.

· Plan and develop menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences while maintaining authenticity.

· Ensure full compliance with local food safety regulations and industry hygiene standards.

· Manage kitchen inventory, including food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal waste.

· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior kitchen staff to support their professional growth and skill development.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring tools and utensils are readily available and properly stored.

· Monitor and maintain all kitchen equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and scheduled for servicing as needed.
