Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes with attention to quality and consistency

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen at all times

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Plan menus and estimate food requirements and costs

Supervise and train kitchen staff when required

Monitor portion control and waste management

Adapt recipes to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent dining experiences

Requirements:

✔ Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
