Key Responsibilities:

  • Across all sections - specifically strong on the grill
  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard
  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste
  • Take the reins of the kitchen when Head Chef out of the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Worked within a high volume environment before
  • 2 years experience in kitchens is desired
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality food
  • Great at kitchen operations and staff management
  • MUST have a car!
