The Role
We are looking for a career-focused individual to join our transport administration team based in Wetherill Park,
This established role boasts a
Monday-to-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm; &
A highly attractive salary package - paid weekly.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all transport administration functions are performed accurately within our TMS Automated system
Transport planning & allocating
Load scanning
Hub receipting
Discrepancy correction/s
Daily data cleansing in collaboration with the Linehaul team & operations
Pallet transfers in our 2IC system
Provide a high level of customer service for all enquiries via phone or email.
Personal attributes
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Time management, planning and organisational skills.
A professional manner in dealing with customers.
Pre Employment
