We are looking for an Administration Officer for our Workshop at Chipping Norton to support our heavy vehicle Maintenace operations. This is a Full-time, onsite role, perfect for someone looking to work steady hours across five days a week.

About the Role

As our Workshop Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our workshop. You'll be responsible for:

Creating and entering job cards for our heavy vehicle mechanics

Keeping accurate records of parts ordered, including pricing.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Assisting with safety audits and maintaining compliance records

Providing consistent admin support to the existing workshop team.

Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager.
