The Opportunity

This dynamic Sales Account Manager role blends client relationship management with new business development – opening new doors, literally! Based in the Dandenong South office and focused on the Victorian market, you’ll manage builders accounts and partner with major national resellers of construction and building materials. You’ll be office based, selling via phone and video, supported with warm leads, regular sales coaching, and full product training. Enjoy uncapped commission, a solid client base, onsite parking, and a team that genuinely cares. As the business grows, so will you - with the stability, challenge, and career development to match.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are results-driven with a strong focus on hitting sales targets and growing your account base
- Have a hunger for new business development and enjoy turning cold leads into loyal customers
- Are technically minded with a basic understanding of plans and door/jamb schedules or building plans
- Thrive in phone-based sales by building rapport and communicating with a friendly, professional manner
- Bring experience in construction, building materials, or trade sales and can confidently engage with builders, contractors, and resellers
- Win trust as a knowledgeable advisor by matching clients with tailored product solutions that fit their needs
- Are proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment
