Bond Property Lawyers is a national digital conveyancing law firm scaling rapidly across Australia. We’re on track to hire 50+ team members this year and are looking for an experienced legal recruiter to join us as our first Internal Talent Acquisition Manager.

If you're currently working agency-side in legal recruitment (think Hays, Michael Page, Gatehouse or smaller firms such as these) and wondering what’s next, you’ll love the scope, autonomy and pace of this role.

Your day-to-day:

Run end-to-end recruitment across all areas of the business, mostly legal roles at first but it will also include management and sales based roles

Build internal hiring systems, structured interview processes, and reporting tools

Own outreach, sourcing, interview coordination, offer process, and hiring manager support

Develop a standout onboarding experience for new team members

Help craft our employer brand to attract the best in the industry

Be the internal authority on what great recruitment looks like
