About the Role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to step into a key leadership role. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you’ll act as their 2IC, overseeing production and leading a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in the food industry who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 2 Team Leaders across day and afternoon shifts.
• Oversee a workforce of 40-50 production staff, including casuals.
• Drive production efficiency while ensuring HACCP, GMP, and hygiene standards are met.
• Make confident, independent decisions to keep production running smoothly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture, working alongside experienced leaders.
• Assist in training and upskilling team members for future growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven food manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong decision-making skills – confident in taking initiative and problem-solving.
• Understanding of HACCP & GMP – ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
