What you'll be doing

Directly supervising and leading a team of production workers to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets

Scheduling and coordinating work assignments to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime

Identifying and resolving production issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as needed

Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to upskill team members

Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Collaborating with other departments to optimise the manufacturing process

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a production supervisor or team leader in a manufacturing environment

Strong operational management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
