The Company

Australia Wide Personnel are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our client, who are a global manufacturer in the FMCG industry, based in Dandenong South. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising teams in filling and packing areas across the site. The position requirements include but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily production processes to meet OEE targets and participation in toolbox meetings
• Coordinate training to support team development, acting on feedback to drive engagement
• Maintain a positive leadership style to nurture the existing continuous improvement culture
• Strictly following and driving all required safety and quality procedures

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following:

• Formal qualifications in a Production or Manufacturing stream advantageous
• Proven leadership experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential
• Proven knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing principles and a strong mechanical aptitude
• Being a team player with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude is essential
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail
• Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required

Hours & Rates

Rotating Day & Night Shift Roster: 6:00am - 6:00pm & 6:00pm - 6:00am
No Sunday work.
$100k - $110k (negotiable) + shift loading + bonus scheme + super
