JIVARO is partnering with a long-standing, family-run business to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor for their Dandenong South site. The Opportunity
Due to an internal relocation, the business is now seeking a capable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a small team of full-time staff. The warehouse is 1600 sqm, clean and organised, and the team is known for its reliability and strong communication. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a relaxed but professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team of three full-time staff
• Oversee stock receiving, storage and timely dispatch to major retailers and warehouses
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock rotation
• Coordinate delivery schedules with transport providers
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and all OH&S standards are met
• Support and foster a collaborative team culture

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience within FMCG or food-related environments preferred
• Hands-on and proactive approach to leadership
• Forklift licence desirable
• Confident using inventory systems and basic computer applications
