Join Our Team: Operations Manager
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for quality care and operational excellence? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take the reins of our NDIS & Aged Care division and lead our team in providing exceptional, person-centered services across the state.
In this key role, you will oversee and optimize service delivery, ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic and operational management of NDIS and Aged Care services across the state.
Provide daily support to the National General Manager and NSW Team.
Oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Prioritize and manage the workload of administrative assistants within your team.
Drive performance by setting and monitoring KPIs for the NSW Team.
Manage key projects to ensure business objectives are met.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support business growth.
Handle administrative tasks like phone inquiries, filing, and scanning.
Take on accounts receivable/payable responsibilities when required.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to upper management.
Lead initiatives to generate new business and drive growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Advanced Diploma in Business Management (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferred)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the NDIS / Aged Care Industry
Experience in senior management in the NDIS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven experience in a similar role and people management
A full clean driver’s license (essential)

Experience using Brevity or Turnpoint CRM systems ( favorable )
