Human Resource Coordinator – Remote with Travel
Location: Hybrid Model (with some travel required) 🔹 Experience: 5+ years in HR (retail preferred) Expertise: Strong working knowledge of IR/ER
About Us:
Peries IGA is a trusted name in retail, committed to excellence and community-driven values. We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Coordinator to join our team remotely, ensuring smooth HR operations across our locations.
The Role:
As Human Resource Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing employee relations and industrial relations matters
• Providing expert guidance on employment laws and compliance
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development
• Leading HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
What You Need:
5+ years of HR experience (retail industry preferred)
Strong working knowledge of IR/ER
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work remotely with occasional travel
