Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily RTO operations including enrolments, LLN processes, placement coordination, and record management

Maintain compliance with ASQA Standards for RTOs 2015 and ensure audit readiness

Track trainer and assessor credentials, PD, and validation records

Support placement coordination, student record management, and trainer scheduling

Build and maintain partnerships with referrers, education agents, support coordinators, and other stakeholders to drive student enrolments

Maintain CRM or SMS records and generate reports to monitor performance and compliance

About You

Strong experience in RTO administration and/or compliance coordination (essential)

In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality assurance in the VET sector

High-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and coordinate multiple moving parts

Experience with student management systems (aXcelerate, VETtrak, or similar)

Desirable:

Proven experience in student recruitment or partnership building (NDIS networks, education agents, job active providers, etc.)

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)

Experience supporting CRICOS or international student programs
