Adenium Living has SA headquarters located on Greenhill Road in Wayville and is bursting into the SA marketplace. Adenium Living is a NDIS registered provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). They design and develop customised housing solutions in all SDA categories for people with complex and high disability support needs, with a commitment to inclusion, independence and respect for all.
About the Role
As the Property Coordinator, you will be employed on a part-time, permanent basis and will facilitate the day-to-day maintenance and asset management of Adenium Living's SDA properties. Your role will ensure that all properties meet the required standards, are well-maintained, and are compliant with all relevant NDIS legislation and regulations. You will work closely with the Intake and Transition team, contractors, support providers, and other stakeholders to create a supportive living environment that enhances the quality of life for participants and support office management internally.
Duties
Facilitate property repairs and maintenance or triage to the external Facilities Management organisation as relevant
Conduct property inspections
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, provide administrative internal assistance and office support
Establish Rental agreements and prepare lease arrangements
Internal and external liaison and coordination
Prepare and submit internal and external reports relating to operations, finance and compliance
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Represent Adenium Living in community and industry forums, advocating for the needs and rights of people with disabilities
Skills & Experience
Hold or obtain an NPC, NDIS Worker Screening and maintain a driver’s licence
Recent success in a similar role and/or relevant tertiary education and evidencable transferable skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills
High level organisation with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite
